1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage; in this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. How to control cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit arch5050.ca, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
If you reject non-essential cookies, your choice takes effect immediately and is remembered for 12 months. Rejecting them does not affect your ability to buy a ticket, and it does not affect your chance of winning.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the site from working correctly, including the ticket purchase process.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function — maintaining your session, keeping items in your cart, processing your purchase securely and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay and where they arrive from — so we can improve it. This information is aggregated. Off by default.
Advertising. Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to report on conversions. Off by default.
We do not use cookies to collect sensitive information such as health, financial or biometric information for advertising purposes, and we do not knowingly track anyone under 18.

5. Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads on arch5050.ca. Where these features are enabled, first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie _ga) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) may be read together to help us understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.
We use Google Analytics 4 together with Google Ads conversion measurement only. Google Analytics Advertising Features such as Demographics and Interests reporting, Display Network impression reporting and remarketing audiences are not enabled on this site.
You can opt out in any of the following ways:
- Reject the Analytics and Advertising categories in our Cookie preferences
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Adjust your Google Ads Settings
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada opt-out tool or the NAI consumer opt-out
6. Other third parties
The following third parties may set cookies on arch5050.ca:
- Shopify — e-commerce platform hosting the site and cart
- ASCEND Fundraising Solutions — electronic raffle system
- Google LLC — analytics and advertising
