About ARCH

A caregiver and an elderly resident enjoying a sunny morning in the hospice garden

ARCH — Algoma Residential Community Hospice sits at 229 Fourth Line West in Sault Ste. Marie. It's where people in the Algoma district come for end-of-life care, and where their families get to just be families while nurses and volunteers carry the rest.

Why a 50/50? Hospice care costs money all year round. The 50/50 is the simplest way the community chips in: half of every draw goes to one winner, at least half stays with the hospice.

How the raffle is run. ARCH holds AGCO Lottery Licence #RAF1553954 and runs the raffle on ASCEND Fundraising Solutions' registered system. Two ARCH members supervise every draw, and the AGCO-approved Rules of Play have the final word.
